Ingredients:
- 1 cup wheat flour
- 1 cup ghee
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 cups water
Instructions:
- Heat ghee in a heavy-bottomed pan over medium heat.
- Add wheat flour and stir continuously until the mixture turns golden brown and releases a nutty aroma.
- In a separate pan, dissolve the sugar in water and bring it to a boil.
- Slowly pour the sugar syrup into the roasted flour mixture, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
- Continue stirring until the mixture thickens and ghee starts to separate from the sides.
- Serve warm as an offering and share with all.
